Who We Are

Elan's technology background began in 2009 when he was able to work on the ground floor (8th employee) at what is now Israel's largest VC Fund - OurCrowd. Ever since then, the fascination with technology has been fierce. For example, he dropped out of college Junior year to pursue a tech startup in Chicago. At age 20, he was overseeing more than 100, 3rd-party service providers and a sales budget of several hundred thousand dollars. He went back to school, graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in Finance, and started slinging payroll ever since. He now has several small businesses he advises for in the northshore of Chicago.

Started during a career break in 2023, EJY Consulting originally started as a true consulting firm for startup tech companies. 

Our mission is to eliminate manual work relating to HR and Payroll administration, and to allow HR teams to focus on what actually matters - building and fostering a company culture that employees actually want to be a part of.
