Elan is currently an Enterprise Account Executive with Paylocity, focusing on helping organizations with 500 employees or more streamline HCM and Payroll operations. With over a decade of B2B sales experience, Elan has proven himself as trusted resource to hundreds of clients and partners.  When Elan is not "slinging payroll," you'll find him on his bike, the golf course, or hanging out with his nieces and nephews.

Started during a career break in 2023, EJY Consulting originally started as a true consulting firm for startup tech companies. While that very well might be something that continues in the future, I am currently focused on solving HR, Payroll, and tech consolidation issues for organizations with 500 employees or more.

Our mission is to eliminate manual work relating to HR and Payroll administration, and to allow HR teams to focus on what actually matters - building and fostering a company culture that employees actually want to be a part of.
